Beautiful spacious double room in village

A beautiful prime location in Haddenham, directly across from the garden centre. Direct links into London via the train. The station is a 5 minute drive or a lovely 20 minute walk. This would be perfect for a professional travelling into London.
I have two staffies who are 7 & 10 years old. They love people and will be your best friend in exchange for cuddles. So obviously someone who is comfortable with dogs is a must.

The house is a semi detached 2 bedroom new build home on the south side of Haddenham. It has a lovely garden with a beautiful patio area under a glass veranda.

There is a downstairs WC and a fully equipped kitchen.

Upstairs are the two bedrooms, shared bathroom and the spare room is garden facing.

The spare room has a wardrobe, full height bookshelf and desk with a comfy chair and a bed and two bedside tables. The mattress is extremely comfortable and brand new.

I am open to anyone as a housemate, most importantly I would need them to be dog friendly. The area is Beautiful with the most friendly people you will meet. The house is in great condition and all bills are included.
I would like the housemate to be clean and tidy as I like a clean home. You will have a completely private room which is lockable and secure.
