Double Rooms in New Build Townhouse near The Rye

We have two nice size rooms in a nice clean new build townhouse near The Rye. All bills are included, Council Tax, Utilities TV Licence and WiFi.

There are two sizes of room:
Room 1 is nice and bright and a good size. Furnished with New Wardrobe, drawers and bedside cabinet and double bed., This room is £625 per month inc all bills

Room 2 is first floor. It's very large, is on the front of the house and has a balcony., Furnished with Wardrobe, drawers, bedside cabinet and double bed and sofa, it's a great living space. This room is £695 per month inc all bills

This is a nice, quiet friendly house for employed professionals only. Night Shift workers and party animals would not be suitable. The house is not suitable for those who work from home every day, or for couples. Both a landlord and an employers reference will be required.

I am a live out landlord. I am not an agent and I am very straight forward. We have a lovely friendly house that is clean and well maintained. Cleaners come in (at my expense) every two weeks, we just want people who will respect the house and your fellow occupants.
