Room (7) is a delightful well ventilated upstairs room which has direct sunlight in the early morning and late afternoons. It is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, wall mounted TV, sofa and chest of drawers. En-suite facilities include shower, WC and wash basin.
For those working from home the room is equipped with a desk and chair to ensure comfort during business hours, the wi-fi has recently been upgraded and also has plug-in access to high-speed business broadband

The large open plan communal area includes a reception area with sofas, coffee table and wide screen TV; a dining area with table and chairs; the kitchen comes fitted with all the key modern appliances and fittings are duplicated for easy use. Ready access to cooking facilities, key items of equipment are doubled up: two electric hobs, two electric ovens, two sinks, and several fridges, freezers and microwave as well as kettles and toasters are provided with the kitchen having ample storage cupboards
A separate utility area has a washing machine, sink and further storage and drying racks.
The property is a 10-minute flat walk to Morrison, and a further 5 minutes to Wycombe town centre with all amenities close at hand and makes for easy transport links to the surrounding areas. The M40 is only 10 minutes away by car and gives direct access to London and Birmingham motorways.
There is a bus stop just outside the property with regular bus service every 20 minutes
Rent is fully inclusive of all services and utility bills including gas, electricity, water, high speed internet, Council Tax, TV licence. A weekly cleaner for the communal areas is also provided free of charge
Car parking space is available on the property and secure bike lockers are also available.

At the moment we have a mixed group of male and female housemates, some enjoy a quiet drink after work while others enjoy gaming or watching the TV while the others cook their evening meals.
