Single room near town!

We are looking for a very quiet tenant (long term ideally) to occupy our single room.

The rent includes all bills plus one space for parking.

Strictly no alcohol and no smoking anywhere inside the premises or garden!

Please note, this is a small box room but it fits a single bed and single wardrobe easily. It also fits a small desk or chest of drawers. Price includes bills.

A family usually occupy this home, but some of the members are abroad and 2 of the other members are going to be in London over the summer holiday. However, they will be visiting and staying occasionally.

One other professional tenant will be staying in the double room from 1 June 2022.

We will unfortunately not accept friends/family to stay over the accommodation as the room is just for single occupancy.

The house is located 10 mins walk into Eden shopping centre, and 25 min walk to the train station. It is also around a 10-15 min walk to Bucks University.

We respect our tenants privacy and hope the tenant will respect ours. We also have a lovely cat who is harmless and often stays outside! He will be our responsibility but we may need your help to feed him.

This accommodation will suit someone who is a working professional or a mature student.

Two month deposit plus one month rent will be payable upfront.
