Double Bedroom With Ensuite

You:
A person who has respect for others and is not overly shy. You are stable both mentally and financially. The last thing you want is to create problems for others. If somebody troubles you and you cannot peacefully resolve it yourself - let me know, I will help. We live in a very quiet area, so it is extremely unlikely anybody will bother you ever :)

Initially it is a 2-3 months term, but if you get along well with my wife and child when they come back - it can be extended to 2 years and beyond. My wife and child are really good people, so I am very sure there will be no problem whatsoever.

Your room:

A decent size second floor ensuite double room available now.

Located in the 2017 newbuild, so it is warm and there are no mice :)

The room has an ensuite shower/sink/toilet.

There is a double bed with a quality mattress and a chest of drawers.

As you are the 1st lodger, missing things will be bought as per your request (wardrobe, desk, etc) - we can choose this together.

There is a child-climber in your room at the moment, but I will (obviously) remove it before you move in.

Living room:
There is a big and bright 4K TV in the living room, with a huge 4 seater sofa.
5.1 high end audio system connected to TV, so if you want to see action movies with a bang - please help yourself :)
There is also a good quality mat on the floor if you are into yoga and a pull bar station if you are into pull ups :)
Casio electronic piano. If you are into piano, you can play it even at night - there is a headphones plugin socket.

Garden:
A decent size garden. Enough to practice martial arts, have your yoga session or take a sunbath. No barbeques though, as the smoke will bother neighbours and bothering neighbours (or yourself) is the last thing I want. Luckily, we do have a Ninja Foodie, which can grill/bake/steam and a ton of other things.

Kitchen:
Bosch appliances all around you. Ninja Foodie, steam cooker, dishwasher - you name it :) There even is a magnetic holder for high-quality German knives and numerous chopping boards for different kinds of food.

There is a bread-maker, so let me know if you want to bake your own bread :)

Parking place:
There is 1 off-street parking place available

Infrastructure:
water softener (very good for your skin)
water filter (good for your body)
60 Mbit broadband from Vodafone
15 min walk to town centre (bus station and Wagamamma)
7 min walk to Desborough Recreation Ground
30 min walk to the railway station
CCTV and ring doorbell are installed, so you can feel a bit safer than very safe :)

I am an IT professional, WFH most of the time. I have a wife and a son who is 1.6 years old, who should come back to the UK in October.

I am a quiet and easy going person.

Some minimalistic rules (Kaizen-style):
if there is a problem - tell me. Let’s discuss how to solve it and make the situation better. My telepathy skills are 0 and the last thing I want is for you to suffer because you do not like something and hope I will figure it out myself.
clean your dishes (or put them into the washing machine) after you have finished your food. If you do not have time for it due to some small emergency - tell me, I’ll do it myself :)
0 aggression. We are a quiet and peaceful couple. So if (for any reason) you like to solve problems via shouting - you might find yourself a better suited home :)
If a problem is not resolvable and it is uncomfortable for somebody, we will work together and find a better room for you. Life is too short to spend it on negative energy ;)
