My current flatmate and good friend moves out mid-June and I'm looking to let out the room to the right person!

Open Plan Kitchen & Lounge
- 55" TV, use of PS5 and streaming services
- Large L-shape double sofa bed, dining table & chairs, beanbag, coffee table and side table
- 4x gas hob, oven, grill, Ninja airfyer, microwave, kettle
- Integrated fridge freezer
- Washing machine & dishwasher

Balcony
- L-shape sofa and table
- Fairy lights
- Private and a nice sun-trap in the summer

What I'm Looking For
Person
- 22-30 years old
- Fun, friendly, mature and sociable person
- Interest in sport preferred but not essential!
- Clean, tidy and respectful
- Professional preferred, student considered
- Works sociable hours
- Non-smoker/vaper
- A good person who could become a friend as well as flatmate!

Rental Period
- Available mid-June
- Initial 3 month term with view to extend to 12 months
- 1x month deposit upfront
- Willing to discuss term and can be flexible
- Long-term (12 months) preferred but short-term considered

About Me
- 27 years old male in full-time employment
- Sociable and friendly person
- Good social group and usually out doing something 2/3 nights a week!
- Enjoy going out with friends to live music, sport events, bars/pubs etc
- +1 handicap golfer, loves sport with golf & football being my main passions
- Clean, tidy and respectful
