Hey everyone! I hope you are all well. I currently live in High Wycombe and from Mid March will have a spacious, furnished double bedroom available in my flat. The flat is cosy and is shared with myself and my cat, who is really friendly and spends the majority of his time patrolling the neighbourhood.

The bedroom has a desk, chair, 2 X chest of drawers, double wardrobe with sliding doors and shelving, a double divan bed with 4 large storage drawers.

The property has great links to London, being a 3 minute walk to the train station and 10 minute walk into the town centre. The property is near to Junction 3 and 4 of the M40. Numerous gyms, restaurants, supermarkets and coffee shops nearby. There is also a lovely park opposite where I live which has a Lido, gym and hosts park runs or small fun fairs during summer months. There is limited parking available, both on and off street parking.

Usual features in a home available, washing machine, tumble dryer, Nespresso machine, air fryer, microwave etc. I also have a smart TV with all the streaming apps and Vodafone fibre broadband, which is quick and reliable. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and basin, then a separate room for the toilet.

A little about me, I'm a single, professional female and I enjoy going to the gym, going out for walks, reading, socialising etc. I'm looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful and also doesn't mind a cat.

The property is ideal for someone who is looking for somewhere quiet on either a long term or short term basis (Monday to Friday if you work in the city)
