Double room with huge garden

A cosy double room is available in my home, with a built-in wardrobe and an IKEA daybed that extends into a very comfortable king-size bed.

You’ll have access to the living room, kitchen and utility room. There’s a shared bathroom upstairs plus a downstairs loo. Driveway parking is available, and there are outdoor security cameras for peace of mind.

I live with my very sweet, well-behaved 3-year-old show cocker spaniel. He hangs out with me downstairs and is not allowed upstairs, but it’s important you’re someone who likes dogs, as he’s very much part of the home. 🐶💛

There’s also a large front and back garden — my next project! If you enjoy gardening, you’re very welcome to get involved. 🌿

I’m pretty easy-going and just ask for someone who is considerate and tidy in shared spaces. This is my home, so respecting it and each other is really important.

Fibre broadband, Netflix and Disney+ are included, and you’re welcome to use the dining room as a workspace (we may just need to coordinate around calls).
