I have spare bedroom in a very cosy warm house!! The whole house is freshly decorated and fully furnished perfectly situated within a lovely quiet cul de sac, and only a short 15 minute walk away from The Eden Center. Ive tried my very best to make this a nice relaxing space for living in!! Ive have just happily signed to stay here for a further 2 year contract!
Im offering a spare room not a prison cell… lol so please treat the whole house as your home!! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need if you enjoy cooking… there’s a washing machine and airier to share!! The only thing Im always short is toilet rolls… lol so would advise bringing backup 🫣😂 There is also a large garage attached to the house that is perfect for storage. Being a lover of the outdoors I have spent a lot of time making the garden a great little quaint space for relaxing!!
So I believe I am a happy go lucky person easy to live with….. who likes nothing more than to chill on the sofa with my cat watching Netflix!!! I like to keep the house clean and tidy making me a confessed cushion fluffer lol…. I’m a painter/decorator so often find myself working late hours! Im looking for someone who cleans up after themselves and most importantly to me must be a lover
