I have 3 large double rooms available on Hughenden Road, High Wycombe. The house is currently occupied by students. Must be clean and tidy.
The landlord is very flexible and a sound guy. Any problems with the property, he will fix immediately and will get you anything you need (within reason) for the house. This seems a rarity with landlords in Wycombe.
There is also no deposit for the house, although there must be a trust with the landlord that if you break something, you pay.
Can accept single applicants or a group of 3 moving in. One of the rooms is available immediately, although the other 2 are not available until 30th Sept. Possibly earlier, i will keep posted about it.
Couples welcome, although there may be an increase in rent. I will contact the landlord about the matter.
Any questions or to request a viewing, do not hesitate to contact me.
Thanks, Chris.
