I have a room to rent in my home in High Wycombe (ground floor flat). It’s a quiet area within walking distance of the centre. The room is bright and furnished with a single bed (it is however a double room, so if this is the only thing that puts you off, do get in touch as I can change the bed), wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bookcase. Wifi and all other bills are included in the rent:
I am open to a full time let or Monday to Friday for the right person:
£400 per calendar month for a Monday to Friday rental.
£550 per calendar month for a full time rental
I am looking for someone who is easy going positive and looking to enjoy life so attitude is more important than your age, religion etc.
You will have access to the living room, kitchen and bathroom.
