Dex Property Management are looking for professionals to occupy an ex care home located in the High Wycombe area, 15 minutes from the station by car. The property has 6 en suite double bedrooms, multiple kitchens, communal living rooms and a private garden.
The property comes either furnished or unfurnished. Private parking is available on site. There are communal kitchens and bathrooms.
The property costs just 350 per person per month, with bills included.
Couples welcome at 100 extra per month
Please note that we are a guardian company specialising in securing vacant properties by moving guardians in on flexible, short term licences.
You must be in employment and able to provide references.
