A spacious double room with a newly refurbished bathroom (en-suite) is fully furnished and available. Located on the 2nd floor, the live in landlord is looking for a professional to let this room to. The room has a fridge, microwave, TV, king size bed and broadband access as features. Smoking and pets are not allowed. The kitchen is shared with the family currently living in the property. The current atmosphere is polite, friendly and considerate. We are happy to provide tea/coffee making facilities in the room, should they be required. The closest train Station is Iver, which is 5-7 minutes drive. Also, there are bus stops appx 5 minutes walk from the property. Please note that this room is available for single occupancy only and includes some bills. You will be required to provide a British photo ID.
