The large room (200 sq ft) is fully furnished with double bed, double wardrobe. storage unit, chest of drawers, desk & chair.
The room also has a TV aerial point.
You also have use of a gym in the garden office in the garden (photonto be uploaded tomorrow).

The communal living room/through kitchen has the BT TV package and Infinity fast broadband on the guaranteed wi fi package with BT for each room.. The house also has two communal bathrooms upstairs and downstairs only shared by 3 of the lodgers as two rooms have ensuite. There is plenty of parking on the front double drive for many cars. The side turning also does not have yellow lines so good for visiting guests.

The house is well located to get to all areas as close to the M40 roundabout to London where it is just 5 minutes walk to the big Tescos. Just 2 junctions to exit 16 on M25 from M40 junction 1. There are bus stops outside going towards Beaconsfield in one direction 8 mins and High Wycombe 10 mins the other way.

The communal area is a spacious kitchen/diner/living room pull out table, many comfy sofas ... There is also a large garden and garden furniture on the decking under the awning to the garden office. Everyone is welcome to use the home gym.

There are three upright fridge/freezers and plenty of cupboards for 5 lodgers..
There are two washing machines so there is no fighting to get to use the laundry facilities. There is also a dryer for when the weather is not so good for drying washing outside. The side room to the gym has another room where you can air your washing if you put a clothes dryer up in there.

The current housemates are aged 28 - 44 with 2 females and 12 males.. It is a very peaceful household and everyone is very friendly.
