No talking out loud, TV or music after 10.30pm
Overnight guests: twice a month maximum, one night each time
Fragrance-free home (allergies): no sprays or strong-scented creams, deodorants, shower gel or shampoo. Unscented / zero-fragrance toiletries, washing powder and cleaning products only. No candles
