DOUBLE ROOM is just newly refurbished and fully furnished. It is AVAILABLE from 21st June 2025.

Reasonably priced at £670 per calendar month including all utility bills, council tax and the fastest City Fibre broadband. Also included in the price is supply of toilet paper and cleaning product for the kitchen and bathrooms. Weekly cleaner.

A 1 months deposit and 1 months rent in advance is required to secure the room. 6 months minimum stay. This room is for SINGLE OCCUPANCY only.
Other housemates are all professionals between 20-36 years old. All non-smokers, quiet, tidy and very respectful.

The room is on the ground floor. It is fully furnished with plenty of storage, wardrobe; black out curtains, desk, mirrors and chair. There is a newly installed very clean shower room and toilet allocated for this room just across the hall.

Ground floor hallway, shower room and kitchen has the underfloor heating.

The house is in a highly desirable Oldbrook area in Milton Keynes, conveniently located just 20 minutes walk from the city centre and CMK train station. 15-20 min walk from MK shopping centre, Sainsbury's, Tesco Express, Lidl, M&S.

There are parking spaces for four cars on the drive. The bus stops are just around the corner from the house.

The house is modern, very clean, tidy, warm and very well looked after so I am looking for a respectful, polite and clean person to join the house.

The modern kitchen is newly installed with new Neff, Smeg appliances, extra storage and two fridges, one freezer. There is filtered water from the kitchen tap, water softener for nice showers. The new LG washing machine, new Miele dryer.
