Rent is inclusive of ALL Bills! and collected per month.

My rooms are for a short or long stay. The room rates are for a long let. If you require a few weeks, a daily rate will apply for a single person.

The second person pays a little extra for resources only. The house has 3 bedrooms; two on the first floor where we live and two on the second floors are available for rent.

Room One - (The bathroom will be shared with the family on the first floor). But still spacious and well lit, .has everything in the room with study space. It has a single bed, chest of drawers, cupboards. We can provide a table to study/work.

Room Two - is an extra-large room with a king-size bed, En-suite, single or double bed, chest of drawers, cupboards and we can provide a table to study/work and is quite spacious and well lit.

Space for Car parking is available

All Amenities Included :

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric kettle, microwave/oven, toaster, dishwasher, a gas cooker, etc and a table and chairs.

The house is in a great location, close to the bus stop and easily accessible to local shops. The guests will have the use of the Utility Room where they can use the washing machine. The room rates mentioned are for one person. If 2 are sharing a room, there may be a little extra to pay for resources.

It is 7 Mins walk to Westcroft Retail Park and Bust Stop
