I am a live-in landlord who is renting out a couple of rooms in my 4 bedroom house in the Oakhill area of Milton Keynes. This room is a comfortable double with an ensuite shower room. It looks out over the garden and woodland.
It is a quiet friendly home which you will share with myself and my male partner plus one other female lodger. We all have en-suite facilities and are clean and tidy.
We share a large well equipped kitchen plus a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen and dining area have recently been refurbished. There is also use of the garage for storage of a bike if needed.
I have a large block paved parking area for several cars at the front of the house.
Central MK is a 10 mins drive and there are local shops and a bus stop 5 mins away.
