Because the house is so large, this room comes with its own kitchen, its own living area, a dedicated office space, and even its own private garden. All bills included, no deposit.

Bright and finished to a high standard, with a king-size bed, four velux windows in blackout blinds, generous storage, a large sofa bed, and an oak desk and chair — ideal for relaxing, working or studying. Your own kitchen has an island breakfast bar with a 55-inch TV, induction hob, new oven, fridge and washer/dryer. There's a separate WC with basin and LED mirror cabinet, plus a full bathroom with shower over bath, heated towel rail and demister mirror. Heating is available 24/7 and fully under your control.

Step outside to your own private patio garden and a designated off-street parking space.

You'll have a brilliant little neighbourhood on your doorstep. A Tesco Express with a Post Office sits right across the road — open early and until late, so the everyday essentials are a thirty-second walk away. The Grand Union Canal is moments from the door, with the river and the Open University just a few minutes further on. Best of all, the home connects straight onto Milton Keynes' famous redway network, so you can walk or cycle right across the city — to the centre, the lakes, the parks — without ever crossing a main road. And when you fancy a proper meal out, The Plough at Simpson is a short stroll along the water, serving genuinely delicious food in a lovely canalside setting.

This suits a mature professional or academic after a calm base with proper privacy. The house is quiet midweek — we value our space but enjoy a friendly chat — and we're hoping to find someone clean, considerate and respectful who'd like to settle for the longer term, though shorter lets can be considered.
