As a single mum with two boys (ages 14 and 10), living in a five bedroom house - I have decided to rent out two rooms which have become surplus to my requirements.
One room is currently occupied by a long-term lodger, and I'm now looking to rent out the second room.
The room is situated on the 3rd floor, which includes a large shower room and the other room that is currently occupied.
Lodgers have sole use of the 3rd floor.
I primarily work from home, with occasional trips to the office, so I’m seeking a lodger who works during the day rather than at night.
