A lovely en-suite double room available for rent in the friendly and sought after neighbourhood of Newton Leys, Bletchley, located on the 1st floor. It's a 3 bedrooms flat, but only one room will be rented out. So it won't feel crowded as only 2 people will live in the flat.

The room comes fully furnished with a King-size bed. The toilet and shower room in the room are also in very good size. You also have a good-sized balcony connected directly to the room.

The flat is located very near to the lake. The shared living room and kitchen are very spacious, with plenty of storage space.

The nearest train station is Bletchley train station, which is 10mins drive away. You can also take a bus.

The bills are included on the basis of fair usage.

Ideally, I'm looking for a mature female individual who is considerate and respectful.

The room is now available from 1 Oct.
