Hi,

I’m Ash, looking for a housemate to share with me and one other person.

The house is in Broughton, a generally quiet residential street with nice neighbours and a small lake at the end of the road. On street parking is available.

The room is a double (10 sqm) plus an en-suite (shower, sink, toilet). The bedroom photo is captioned as ‘En suite bedroom 2’. Comes furnished with double bed, mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The house is clean, tidy and quiet. We’re friendly and communicate well, and looking for someone similar. All of us are professionals, I’m into healthy living, business, finance, and other growth type interests.

All bills included , including 100mb Vodafone Fibre to the home.

Kitchen, living, and dining area are shared. In the kitchen you have 1 cupboard and half a fridge freezer.
