Spacious Double Bedroom in Bright Girly Flat

Hi!

I have a light and spacious part furnished double bedroom available in my flat and am looking for a female flat mate.

Shared spaces include bathroom, kitchen and lounge. There is also a utility cupboard with washer dryer and off roadside parking.

The flat is located in Fairfields, which is only 5 minutes from Stony Stratford and approximately 11 minutes into Centre MK/ Central MK station.

The room is £750 bills included (water, gas & electric, wifi and council tax)

I am 26 years old, single and enjoy all things nature, beauty/fashion, travel, Disney and baking, also have an unhealthy obsessed with cats. I am looking for a flat mate that:

- is sociable, happy to spend time together doing things of shared interests whilst also respecting each others down time.
- values a clean, tidy and organised space
- preferably works hybrid

**Video shows the room as it currently is, with a 6 draw chest of drawers, desk, rail, one bedside table and a mattress (no bedframe). Open to the current furniture being removed and replaced with approved items, as long as the replacement (or another approved item) is left in the room at the end of the tenancy.
