Double Room in a 2-Bed Flat, Central Milton Keynes

I am a female professional (45 y. o) and have a nice double room available for a professional adult, male or female, from Monday to Friday.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, living room and bathroom. There would be only 2 people living in the flat.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, in-built wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a small desk and a chair. There is a large window with plenty of light.

Sky TV, Amazon Prime and Netflix would be available in your room and included in the rent, free of charge.

The rent is inclusive of all bills except of electricity, which you would contribute with a small percentage..

There is only one bathroom which would be shared -- so being tidy is an absolute must.

The kitchen is available for use freely and there is a separate room used as an office, which can be used as well.

This is a clean, quiet and peaceful home so the ideal person would appreciate and maintain that.

If you have a parking permit for Milton Keynes you can park at the end of the street.
