Top Floor of house available

We are looking for someone (one person) to rent the top floor of our home - the floor comprises of a double bedroom and a small single bedroom with your own bathroom (shower). The room comes with a small double bed and built in single storage cupboard. The rent for the whole floor is £900 including bills. Our house is in Whitehouse, Milton Keynes.. one of the recent new build estates, it is quiet and accessible to everything you need. There is parking outside the property.

About us, we moved into our home in 2019.
I’m Kate (35), I work from home full-time (Mon-Fri 8-4pm) in my home office.. when I’m not working I’m either at the gym, walking, eating or drinking a Starbucks.
My partner is Aaron (29), he works full time as a plumbing & heating engineer and when not at work he is either at the gym or walking our black Labrador Bruno who is 3yrs old.
The kitchen will of course be a shared space for us all to use.
We are looking for a professional around similar age to us or older who of course needs to like dogs. We don’t mind smokers but as we do you would need to smoke in the garden.
As I work from home and are home a lot more than Aaron if we let to a male we would like to do a DBS check prior (of course with your permission).
The room is available from Monday 30th March however viewing / meet & greet will be necessary first.
