Livingroom has 75” TV and a better sofa too

Spare room with own bathroom although not attached. I have my own bathroom so it’s basically yours. All bills included too except council tax. It’s furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, wardrobe and a fabric wardrobe. I’m flexible to a degree with deposits etc too.

There’s plenty of car parking, there’s a bike shed too. Very close to the hospital and so bus routes too.

I’m a Working professional, spending most of my time either working, sleeping or I go back to see family for few days most months. So I won’t be around that much compared to most. Although I can be persuaded to be social if you’re more wanting that.
