The flat comprises of:

• Large shared bathroom – the flat has two bathrooms, so this bathroom is mainly for the second flatmate, although guests may also use it
• Kitchen includes washer dryer, oven, hob, and fridge freezer
• Living room includes a 3-seater couch, TV, and chair
• Balcony space with table and two chairs

The double bedroom includes:

• Double divan bed
• Bedside table
• 3-door wardrobe

Bills included:
• Broadband
• Electricity
• Heating
• Water
• Council tax

Please note bills are capped. If usage exceeds the allowance, any additional costs will be shared between the tenants.

Looking for someone respectful, clean, tidy, and easy to live with.

Private parking space is also available at a small annual permit fee.
