Two rooms in the house have ensuites so this room shares the family bathroom with 1 person only, Dean. Dean is very tidy and clean.

We have a cloakroom toilet for guests.

We smoke cigarettes and vapes, but on the balcony or in the garden/garage.

Room was fully decorated in Feb and the house had brand new carpets throughout in Sept 25. Huge larder fridge and all new kitchen appliances.

Part furnished, wardrobe and chest of drawers. You would need to bring your own Bed and Mattress.

Fibre Broadband and Full Sky package inc Sky Sports.

Shared Living room TV has all streaming providers Netflix, Amazon, Disney etc

Would suit someone who is looking for a home environment, this is not a typical shared house, we like to spend time together, cook together. The new housemate would need to be the right fit.

We have a cat, he is 16 and generally lives solely in my room, but just something to be noted.
