Hi Guys,
I am currently staying at Arbour apartments - one of best apartments in Milton Keynes. This is a 2 bedroom 2 washroom apartment. My old flatmate is leaving 1st week of October, hence would like to have a replacement.
This is a ground floor apartment with the cheapest rent in the Arbour as I have continued from 1st occupancy.
The rent is £825 excluding bills and bills are in the range of £120 pp per month.
Would like to have a flatmate who can keep the flat and sharing spaces clean.
No other preferences…
For short let another room is for rent from 20th August to 20th September.
About me:
I am Chartered Accountant by profession and like to go to gym, play lots of sports so you won’t see me after 7 in morning and will return back only after 10 at night. But I am also very sociable but respect your own space.
