Room available in a spacious and comfortable house.

About the house:
The house has a garage, internet, and free street parking directly in front of the property.

We have a very large living room and kitchen, as well as a spacious outdoor area which is perfect for socialising, having a BBQ, or simply relaxing in the sun.

Downstairs, there is a separate toilet, together with all the main shared areas.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a main bathroom. You would only be sharing the bathroom with one couple.

The house also has an excellent heating system, including underfloor heating, making it very comfortable during the colder months.

We like to keep the house clean, tidy and organised, so we are looking for someone who also values a clean and respectful home environment.

About the room:
It is a small single room, currently furnished with a single bed.

Once the room is rented, we will buy a wardrobe of the tenant's choice, and the cost will be deducted from the first month's rent.
