I’m a mid-30s IT professional working hybrid (some days remote, some onsite), generally tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with. I enjoy gaming, cooking, and occasional gym sessions, but also value independence and quiet evenings. Ideal flatmate is someone clean, responsible, and sociable without being overbearing—someone who doesn’t mind occasional chats but also respects boundaries.
