I've lived here for 1 year - going away to travel, but will definitely come back and live in another room here. This is hands down the best place I have ever lived in, and I've lived in some amazing places from countryside barn conversions to bustling city life bliss. This has the best of ALL worlds. I didn't want to live in a city again - but it's super quiet here. And yet during the day you've got all the handy amenities PLUS MORE. I've got to know the area very well so can help you settle in and you'd be in good & safe hands with my flatmate Josephine.

The price will depend on how long you're staying. If it's less than 6 months then let me know; the price listed is for at least 2 months, but you're welcome to stay just for 2 weeks if that's what you're looking for.

Across the road is the Escape & Midsummer shopping centre, cinema, bowling, roller skating, but you cannot ever hear any noise from it. Most shops or restaurants you can think of is probably within a 10 min walk, plus lots of fun activities too. A large Sainsburys & M&S food is 20 min & 5 min walk respectively. The train station is 5 min bus (bus stop outside our building entrance, with buses every 5 mins) or 20 min walk, train is 30 min to central london.

The secret sauce is the 180 view of nature & sunsets from the apartment private balcony, and the adjoining floor to ceiling window overlooking the same view.

Amongst the 9 communal areas are a roof top terrace & outdoor kitchen, games room, lounges, work area, work booths, fountain & garden, post room & reception lounge, 24 hr gym.

You can meet new people all the time, or just enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The video attached is not the exact apartment but it is the same layout and furniture, but the view is much better. The video apt is overlooking the inner courtyard garden but our view is of the horizon where you get to watch the sunset every night.

My flatmate, who you will be sharing with is easy to get on with. She's an international student looking for an industry placement. I was born & bred here in east london, and we get on very well. We've become friends for life, even though I have disappointed her of my moving out.
