Hi! 👋🏾 I’m looking for a lovely new flatmate to share my modern 2-bed, 2-bath apartment in Central Milton Keynes, directly opposite Xscape.

You’ll have your own double bedroom and private en-suite bathroom, so we each have our own bathroom and personal space.

One of my favourite things about the apartment is the huge balcony overlooking Central Milton Keynes — it’s such a nice space to sit outside, especially when the weather is good!

The flat is in a really convenient location, right opposite Xscape and within easy reach of the city centre, shops, restaurants, bars and Milton Keynes Central station.
Base Rent: £940
Rent incl. bills e. g council tax, electricity, water: ~ £1090-£1200 in total (depending on usage for some bills)

A little about me 💕

I’m 24 and work full-time as a Mechanical Engineer. I work from home some days, so I really value having a home that feels clean, smells good, tidy, comfortable and peaceful.

I’m friendly, easy-going and love having a laugh. I’d ideally like to live with someone who I can actually become friends with rather than us just being two strangers sharing a kitchen! 😂

I’d love someone who’s happy to occasionally sit down together, watch TV, have a chat, cook, go out, or just have a laugh after work — while also respecting that we’ll both have our own lives and need our own space.

I also really enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and learning about different cultures, so you’re welcome wherever you’re from! 🌍

Who I’m looking for ✨

Ideally, you’ll be a working professional around a similar age to me (roughly 22–29) who is:

🧼 Extremely clean and tidy — this is probably the most important thing for me! I’d love someone who naturally cleans up after themselves and wants to keep shared spaces looking nice.

💕 Friendly, considerate and respectful.

😂 Sociable and fun — someone I can have a laugh with and feel comfortable around.

🌍 Open-minded and interested in different cultures and experiences.

🏡 Someone who wants the flat to feel like a home, not just somewhere we both happen to sleep.

I’m not looking for someone who wants to be attached at the hip — we can absolutely have our own friends, routines and privacy! I’d just love a flatmate where we can genuinely get along and enjoy living together.
