I’m looking for a female professional flatmate to share a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment with me in Vizion, Central Milton Keynes. 🏡

About the apartment:

💷 Rent: £750/month

🛁 Your own bathroom - not ensuite, but located directly opposite the bedroom

🚶‍♀️ Around 15 minutes’ walk to Central Milton Keynes station

🛒 2 minutes’ walk to Sainsbury’s

🔐 Secure building with controlled access; visitors can only be let in with approval

🧺 Washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, balcony and other basic amenities

📶 WiFi: approx. £13/person/month

⚡ Electricity: based on usage

🏠 Council tax: approx. £80/person/month (Band C)

Minimum 6-month stay. NO SHORT TERM arrangements, please

📅 Move-in: Approximately 1 November – 1 December

I’m a 27-year-old professional, working in a hybrid role. I’m friendly and easy-going, but I also really value having a quiet, peaceful and comfortable home. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, going to the gym, trekking, exploring cafés and reading. I’m a vegetarian.

~ Is clean, hygienic and considerate about maintaining a tidy living space

~ Values a quiet and respectful home environment

~ Is a non-smoker - smoking is not permitted in the house

~ Is not looking for a party house

~ Is looking for a minimum 6-month tenancy
