Looking for a female flatmate in a House share

Hello everyone,

I’m a full-time PhD Student in MK. I am looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s room from the end of December 2026/early Jan 2027.
Room & House: The room itself is very spacious, bright and semi-furnished. It comes with an ensuite and a big wardrobe with a mirror. My flatmate is also happy to sell some of her furniture if needed.
The house comes with a large, bright shared living room and a kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, oven, fridge, and microwave.
Rent for the room = ₤ 698, excluding bills (which are about 85-90 per person/month). You will have to pay the deposit to the landlord/agent.
Location: Countess Way, MK10 7DX.
• 30 – 40 mins walk to Open University
• 5-7 mins walk to Co-op and Lidl
• 10 mins walk to Kingston (Tesco, Aldi, Boots, etc.)
• 10 mins walk to Pure Gym, Kingston
• 15 mins walk to Milton Keynes coachway
• Bus Stop to MK City centre & Railway is 100-200 m away.
• Closer to a hub of South Asian supermarkets.

About myself: I’m in my final year of my PhD. I mostly work from the office, and I am away every other weekend. I prefer a relatively quiet and calm house with occasional social gatherings. I am friendly and would enjoy spending time with flatmates over tea/coffee/cooking over the weekend; at the same time, I also value my own space. I like to keep my surroundings clean, tidy and organised. I am very considerate of the people I live with, and I would appreciate the same mindset.
