The property has 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are en-suite.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 share the family bathroom and shower.
Tenants will have to prove their residency status and must prove employment /work address.
No couples, No regular visitors sleeping over .No children, No smokers and NO pets.
Kindly note, that this is a single occupancy contract.

NB: 1 month's deposit and 1 calendar month's rental payable in advance.
