The necessary legalities:
1. Choice of weekly or monthly rental.
2. Security deposit and one month's rental to be paid in advance in cleared funds. Payment of the security deposit will reserve the room and take it off the market. The deposit is refunded at the end of the tenancy but non-refundable if the tenancy is not taken up after reservation.
3. One month notice of termination from either side after the minimum 6 months.
4. Proof of identity and proof of income required.
5. Contract signed prior to tenancy commencement.
