We are looking for tenants who will appreciate a good home and get along well with others. The ideal tenant must have proof of stable and sufficient income to cover rent.

In order to secure a room and have it removed from the market, a tenant detail form completed to a satisfactory standard are required.

On the date of signing the contract (prior to the move in), we would require 1 month's rent in advance plus 1 month's rent as a security deposit. The deposit will be safely transferred to the DPS system.

Tenancy agreements are drawn for a minimum 6 month's period.
