You will be sharing the house with 2 other Friendly professionals (x1 guys, x1 girl) between 42-43 years of age.

TENANT:
We look for a friendly professional, Female or Male, with good cleaning after themselves habits and with respect to everyone in the house and the property itself.
Someone who is looking for a long-term place to stay would suit perfectly as it's a great place to live and is well looked after by the people living in the house. You need to be working and be able to pay your rent on time without being reminded of it. The room is not suitable for someone who is working from home. We are looking for a responsible person with good common sense towards everyone.

RENT:
All bills are included in the rent.
£650 /month
£650 deposit
