Accessed via its own secluded hallway leading to a private bathroom, the space offers a real sense of independence. The room comes fully furnished with an integrated kitchenette and desk worktop.

Shared Facilities
You’ll have access to a large, attractive kitchen diner equipped with a gas range cooker. A dedicated drying room and fast broadband are also available. All shared areas are maintained to an exceptionally high standard — something previous lodgers have consistently praised.

Location
The house sits in a quiet cul-de-sac in the sought-after neighbourhood of Old Bletchley. Bletchley railway station is just a 12-minute walk away, with direct services to Milton Keynes Central (4 minutes) and London Euston (35 minutes) — ideal for commuters. Tesco and Co-op stores are both within a five-minute walk, alongside popular local pubs and restaurants.

Parking
While there is no off street parking available, previous lodgers have never had a problem parking within the cul-de-sac outside the house.
