Hello!
Recently refurbished cosy double room available for rent in a refurbished Victorian house. Available from 12/12/24.
The room has had a new window installed, a new bed and a fresh lick of paint, ready for a new housemate. Will install either blinds or curtains depending on housemate preference!
Currently three people living here, myself and my wife plus one other male, we are all working professionals in the engineering industry and NHS.
There is a large garden, shared living room and dining room and lots of free parking on the streets.
