I have a 3 bed terraced house in Newport Pagnell, I bought it as a new-build 8 years ago and it still does has that "new-build" feel to it, very modern, clean, lovely big garden. I have been renting out the spare room for the last three years, with my current tenant due to move out in early November. The spare room is fully furnished, fairly large, plenty of storage. It's got a private bathroom.
For the person moving in, I'm looking for someone respectful and considerate, friendly, clean and tidy, who doesn't mind having a bit of a laugh and a joke :).
