Flat Share MK5 

Hello,
i have a furnished double room (with fitted wardrobe) in my 3 bed flat.
The bed is very comfortable with an amazing mattress.

The property is located on the second floor (no lift i'm afraid) of a well maintained and very desirable complex in the MK5 Medbourne area of Milton Keynes.

It is well decorated and has all mod cons including FTTP synchronous 2.3gb fibre connection.

The main bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle and will be for the sole use of my flatmate (my bedroom has an en-suite), so while not strictly speaking an en-suite, it will be strictly for your use only.

The kitchen is very well appointed with gas hob and oven, dishwasher, and washing machine.
Also a large fridge freezer.

A huge lounge/living room area opposite the open plan kitchen is for the use of all flatmates.

i am in no particular rush to share space with anyone but i'm a social being and like company, even if only for the comfort of knowing someone is there.

Therefore i will be taking my time and finding someone i can trust, foremost, and get along with.

i hope to be travelling/working away therefore Trust (intentionally capitalised for dramatic effect) that my potential housemate is honest and decent is paramount and of the utmost importance.
