Double room to rent with bills included

I’m looking to share my double room in the lovely village of Steeple Claydon. It’s a relaxed, friendly home and would suit someone looking for a comfortable place to stay during the week or part-time, rather than being here full-time all the time.

Bills are included (except council tax), along with fibre broadband, and there’s a cleaner every 2 weeks.

I also have 2 indoor cats, Simon and Mushu, who are both very friendly. Simon especially loves fuss and will happily follow you around or sit on your lap!

The house has a sunny garden, and there’s extra parking available on the drive.

Female preferred, but definitely not essential — more important to find the right person who’s easygoing and respectful.

£700 per month for full-time stays, but happy to discuss rent for weekday-only or part-time arrangements.

Easy commute to Buckingham, Bicester, Aylesbury, and Milton Keynes.
