Here for rent we have a small single room with fitted wardrobe.

The house:

Situated amongst plenty of wildlife and greenery whilst being only a few minutes walk from local bus connections and businesses.

Have a car? No problem! We have ample parking available.

Garden access and garage storage available.

Included is a separate kitchenette area with combined washer dryer(shared with other lodger) with separate fridge/freezer (shared with other lodger) and also access to the rest of the kitchen and it's appliances excluding dishwasher.

We also have a spare desk should anyone need to work from home!

Cleaner for all common areas will be included in the rent also.

Your housemates:

Living within the property we have myself and my 3 sons 27, 20 and 19 and my eldest sons girlfriend, 21.

We're a happy, positive bunch, very easy going and laugh a lot!

The lodger (you):

We're looking for someone who is a professional (preferably) female, who is clean, tidy and has a good sense of humor (optional 😄)

References and 1 months deposit required.

We would ask a minimum of 6 month term.

All bills included.
