Double furnished (or unfurnished) in Chesham Bois

The House
Furnished large double bedroom in a four bedroom, two bathroom house in a countryside setting in-between Amersham and Chesham. Large well equipped kitchen and dining room, utility room, large living room, garden, bathroom with shower. Parking on the drive and at the back of the property. Shed space for bikes etc.
We have had lodgers in our spare room since we moved in 12 years ago and this has always worked well.
We are a family of four; mum, dad, nine year old son and seven year old daughter. Both professionals - I work locally, my husband is a Management Consultant and either works away or wfh. We have tone room which we let out. The kids and I are usually out from 0745-1815 and Saturdays 1000-1330 so the house is nice and quiet if you wfh. I work term time only - kids and I are usually abroad during the holidays (approx 11 weeks per year).
All bills (electricity, gas, council tax, fibre broadband, water) are included in the rent. £800 per month or £950 for double occupancy.
We have a cleaner once a week, and a gardener fortnightly.

The Area
Hollow Way Lane is a countryside setting. The nearest station is Amersham though our postcode is in Chesham.

The Room
Double room with views looking out over the countryside. Furnished with double bed, lamps, two double wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair, desk, all-mounted tv and radiator. so has a futon. Double glazed and neutrally decorated.
