I I live right by the train station and very close to the high street in Woburn sands. There is ample parking and i have done the house up, all new flooring etc. The room has a chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV with sky. I live alone with my elderly cat and a shi tzu and I'm looking for a female preferably for safety reasons and feeling comfortable. Student or professionals are fine. There is ample parking around the back of the property. All facilities and areas will be shared, everything in the kitchen etc.. I am looking for someone that shares my sleep patterns so this wouldn’t suit a person who comes in past 10pm on a regular basis. A small dog will be fine but no cats as I have a cat that attacks other cats.
