Room: Available now is a lovely, bright bedroom featuring two windows that bring in a wonderful amount of daytime light. The room comes furnished with an incredibly comfortable double bed ensuring a great night's sleep, along with a dedicated desk—ideal for working or studying (pic to be uodated). While there is currently no wardrobe, the space is highly functional, and we are more than happy to add extra storage options to suit your needs.
The House & Facilities:
You will be living in a very comfortable, warm, and inviting house. You will have full access to a clean, shared family bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. High-speed Wi-Fi and all utility bills are fully included in the monthly rent, so there are no unexpected extra costs to worry about.
About the Household:
This is a peaceful, respectful family home with grown kids. We also have a lovely, friendly Labrador dog, so a fellow dog lover would fit right in! We are looking for a tidy, considerate, and responsible lodger who appreciates a calm, clean environment to relax in after work or study. We value our privacy but are equally friendly and welcoming.
