The family room (3. 80m x 3. 64m) and the kitchen (4. 82m x 2. 81m) are linked together; so we have a large space in that area. There is a 3m x 3. 5m conservatory in the back garden.

Cambourne is just 7 miles to the west of Cambridge. Citi 4 and X3 run between Cambridge city centre and Cambourne throughout the day. Citi 4 also goes on to St Neots once every hour including the railway station. X3 operates between Addenbrooke's Hospital/ Cambridge rail station and Hinchingbrooke Hospital/ Huntingdon rail station.

Stagecoach Service 18 runs from Cambridge to St Neots/Gamlingay via Cambourne and provides a bus service to Comberton, Toft, Barton, Gamlingay and Bourn. The service runs once an hour.

We do have car park space. If you drive, it is very convenient to commute to Cambridge or Huntingdon or St Neots. It takes just 15 minutes to get to Cambridge Science Park.

FYI, we have a housing insurance. You are responsible for water and energy bills, which are roughly £165/month. You pay 1/3 of it. If you are couple, please pay 1/2 of it.
