The annexe is modern, fully-furnished and located in a quiet area of Cambourne. It is close to shops, bus stop (3 mins walk) and open green conservation areas for walking/running etc.

The annexe is fully self-contained within our property boundary. We will be on hand for any problems, but we do not live in the property with you, although you may sometimes see us around. We are a professional couple in our late 40s and pride ourselves on being very responsive to any issues you may have to ensure you are happy in your home. We also have four older teenagers (who live with us half the time) and two cats. You’re more likely to see the cats than the teenagers! They don’t have access to the annexe, but they do spend time in the garden which is attached to our property which you are welcome to use by arrangement if you wish.

There is also a busy café; Home Bargains; British Heart Foundation; a Chinese takeaway; an Indian restaurant; a fish & chip shop; Domino's Pizza; a pub; sports & leisure centre with gym, tennis courts and football pitches; community centre; library; church; building society; dry cleaners; chemist; doctor’s surgery; dentist and two hotels with bars/restaurants. Within a 1 minute walk from the property there are many nearby open areas, woods and lakes for walking, cycling and running.
